Pelvic Floor 101
For less than the cost of one PT visit, you’ll get instant access to several visits’ worth of education, broken into 10-25 minute lessons that are yours for a lifetime.
I invite you to set aside 45-60 minutes to watch one, try it out, and let the content sink in.
Practice the exercises described over the next few days to a week, then move on to the next module. One of the great things about online content is you can go at your own pace!
I pack a LOT of info into these modules, so I recommend against watching them all in a row.

FAQs about Pelvic Floor 101

Nope, but I highly recommend it! I typically teach this content over the course of 3 to 4 visits so for the cost of one visit, you’ll have all the information you need to get started before we meet, ultimately decreasing the number of visits you’ll need in the clinic which in turn saves you time and money.
-
I 100% recommend taking it now, while you’re still pregnant! Why not learn more about your pelvic floor and core before the baby arrives? It will only help your recovery and birth process.
-
Nope. This is designed to give you the education that I typically provide during visits, but does not establish a provider/patient relationship nor does it take the place of PT. However, my hope is that it does mean you have fewer visits in the clinic since you’re starting out with so much knowledge!
-
Nope! Not at all. This can be a stand-alone course in and of itself. If you are not in Washington or Oregon, it can be a great primer before you visit your in-person PT wherever you are!

Unfortunately, no. (But wouldn’t that be cool?) This is educational content, and insurance doesn’t like to pay for education. This is an investment in yourself, on YOUR terms!
