Hello, I’m Megan (she/her)

I consider myself an "orthopelvic" PT. I specialize in helping pregnant and postpartum athletes navigate pregnancy and postpartum while maintaining pelvic health. I empower my clients to continue doing the activities they love as they transition into a new season of life. I have a passion for helping running recover and rebuild strength so they can return to run symptom free postpartum. I have been a PT for 13 years and started specializing in pregnancy and postpartum about 5 years ago. I have my certification in Obstetric PT and my Coaching Certification in Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism. I am grateful to be a small part of my clients' journey.

  • If your postpartum body has left you even a little confused about what’s going on, I couldn’t recommend scheduling a visit with Dr. Mandi enough!

“Dr. Mandi does an amazing job making pelvic floor physical therapy seem so very normal, which it is! As soon as I started meeting with her, so many assumptions or confusions I had about pelvic floor health and recovery were set straight and she helped me gain comfort and familiarity with my new post-baby body as well as identify where improvement is possible. If your postpartum body has left you even a little confused about what’s going on, I couldn’t recommend scheduling a visit with Dr. Mandi enough!”

  • I feel SO much more in control of my body

“I think that you are changing the world, as well. Giving the gift of knowledge and power to women to take back their bodies! I don't know why I haven't told you this yet, but...your workshop was LIFE CHANGING! I never had issues with incontinence, but frequent urges and nighttime urges were controlling my life, way more than I was even aware! Breastfeeding absolutely trained my body to void frequently at night. Then my job was reinforcing. I was "Just in Case Peeing" ALL DAY LONG in between cases. I feel SO much more in control of my body, and...I don't get up to pee at night anymore!!! Huge!”

  • My life is honestly changed in such a positive way

“I cannot recommend Dr. Mandi Murtaugh enough, she is a miracle worker! I have a history of trauma along with giving birth in the last year and was having a lot of issues. She has helped me overcome so many of my personal challenges. Dr. Mandi is professional, kind, and welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable for such a vulnerable type of physical therapy. My life is honestly changed in such a positive way due to the work she has done with me. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend seeing her!”

  • I wanted to retake it. It’s that good!

“Dr. Mandi’s workshop changed my life. When I signed up for her class, I was not exactly sure how my body functioned, sad to say! I had (2) c-sections and a hysterectomy by the time I was 43, now 10 years later I didn’t know exactly what wasn’t working, but I did know something wasn’t right. I had so many ‘light bulb’ moments! And truth be told, I signed up for the same class again a few months later. I felt so much information was given verbally and with the handouts that I wanted to retake it. It’s that good!”
